Fuel transfer pump kit
Why You Need a Proper Fuel Pump You're either sucking on a hose or making a mess. Both are terrible.
🚫No Mouth SiphoningSucking fuel through a hose to start the flow is dangerous — petrol and diesel fumes are toxic, and accidentally swallowing fuel can cause serious health issues. The pump starts the flow mechanically.
💧Zero SpillageTilting a heavy jerry can or trying to pour from one container to another splashes fuel everywhere — on your hands, clothes, and the ground. The pump transfers liquid cleanly through a sealed tube.
💪No Heavy LiftingA full 20-litre jerry can weighs 15–18 kg — tilting and pouring it accurately is a struggle. The pump sits in the can and transfers fuel without lifting or tilting anything.
🔄Works Both WaysTransfer fuel from can to vehicle, vehicle to can, can to can, or container to container — the pump moves liquid in whichever direction you set it up.
Pump being used to transfer fuel between containers
What It Transfers Not just fuel — any liquid you need to move from one container to another.
Petrol & DieselTransfer fuel from a jerry can into your car, bike, generator, or lawnmower — cleanly, safely, and without any fuel touching your skin or spilling on the ground.
🛢️Kerosene & OilMove kerosene between storage containers, transfer cooking oil between drums, or pump out engine oil during changes — any fluid that's awkward to pour from large containers.
💧WaterEmpty water tanks, drain fish tanks, transfer rainwater from collection drums, or pump out flood water from low areas — the pump handles water as easily as fuel.
🧴Other LiquidsPesticide transfer for farming, coolant for vehicles, cleaning solutions between containers — any non-corrosive liquid that needs to move from one place to another without spilling.
Fuel pump kit components
You've spilled fuel on your hands, soaked your clothes, and gagged on petrol fumes from mouth siphoning. This pump costs ₹499 and eliminates all of it — clean transfer, no fumes, no spilling, no health risk.

How to Use Insert. Pump. Fuel flows. Stop when done.
1
Insert the TubesPlace the intake tube into the source container (jerry can, drum, tank) and the outlet tube into the destination (vehicle tank, container, generator). Make sure the intake tube reaches the bottom of the source.
2
Pump to Start the FlowSqueeze the hand pump or operate the lever a few times — this creates suction that starts the liquid flowing through the tube. Once the flow starts, gravity or continued pumping keeps it going.
3
Stop & RemoveWhen the destination container is full or the source is empty, lift the intake tube out of the liquid to stop the flow. Remove both tubes, let them drain, and store. No cleanup needed.
Insert → Pump → Fuel Flows → Lift to Stop → Done

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it safe for petrol and diesel?+
Yes — the tubes and pump mechanism are made from fuel-resistant materials that won't degrade, crack, or dissolve when in contact with petrol, diesel, or kerosene. Always use in a well-ventilated area away from open flames or sparks. The pump eliminates the most dangerous part — mouth contact with fuel fumes.
How fast does it transfer fuel?+
Flow rate depends on the pump design and tube diameter — most manual pumps transfer 5–10 litres per minute once the flow is established. A 20-litre jerry can empties in 2–4 minutes. The initial pumps prime the flow, then gravity or continuous pumping maintains it at a steady rate.
Can I use it for drinking water?+
If the pump has only been used for water — yes. But once you've pumped fuel through the tubes, never use the same pump for drinking water. Fuel residue is nearly impossible to fully clean from the tubing. If you need to transfer both fuel and water, buy two separate pump kits and label them.
Does it work on car fuel tanks?+
Many modern cars have anti-siphon screens or valves in the fuel filler neck that prevent tube insertion — this is a theft-prevention feature. The pump works on older vehicles, motorcycles, generators, lawnmowers, and any container without an anti-siphon device. Check if the intake tube fits your vehicle's filler neck before purchasing.
How do I clean and store it?+
After use, lift the intake tube and let remaining liquid drain back into the source. Hang the tubes to let them air dry — fuel evaporates quickly. Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. For long-term storage after fuel use, flush the tubes with a small amount of fuel to prevent residue buildup inside.
